Why Was My Order Status Listed as Fraud

When you order a product with AleForge, all of your personal information is compared, processed, and given a rating, which allows us to prevent bad actors from placing fraudulent orders. This does mean that sometimes legitimate customers get caught in this filter due to one of the following reasons:

  • You used a VPN, Proxy, or Tor while checking out
  • You are far away from home
  • You are attempting to use a prepaid card
  • You used a disposable email at checkout

If you had an order flagged as fraud, open a ticket to have one of our staff perform a manual review.
