How to Cancel Your Service

We are sorry to hear that you want to cancel your service with us. If you have encountered any issues or problems with our service, please keep in mind that our support team is always available to help you 24/7. We are constantly striving to improve our service, so we kindly request that you let us know the reason for your cancellation either in your cancellation request or by opening a new support ticket. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we appreciate your assistance in this matter.

Server Pause

  • You can pause your AleForge service if you plan to come back later and just pay for the storage your server uses each month. Pricing starts are just $1 a month. Learn more here.

Cancel Your AleForge Service

  1. Login to the client site
  2. Click the Services -> My Services dropdown

  1. Select the service you wish to cancel
  2. Click Request Cancellation under your service name or from the left Actions navigation menu

  1. Describe your reason for Cancellation
  2. Choose either Immediate or End of Billing Period cancellation
  3. Click Request Cancellation and our automated system will take over

Once you have successfully submitted your cancellation request, you will receive an email with the title Cancellation Request Confirmation. After this, you will receive no further invoices for your service.

Notes of Importance

When your service is canceled, all data related to your service will be deleted permanently. It will not be possible to reactivate nor restore service files once a cancellation has been processed. If you plan to use your save data in the future, please download a backup of your data prior to submitting a Cancellation Request.

PayPal Subscriptions

AleForge provides the best effort for setting up and canceling a customer’s PayPal subscriptions, it is ultimately the customer’s responsibility to ensure that only one subscription is created per order and if a subscription is created, that the PayPal Subscription associated with the order is canceled when the customer is done using AleForge’s services. Payments sent from a PayPal Subscription in error or for a canceled order will be credited to the customer’s account as an account credit and is non-refundable.

Cancellation requests are automatically handled by our system, so if you wish to stop the cancellation, you will need to open a ticket as soon as possible.
