How do I generate an auth token for my Mount & Blade II Bannerlord server?

In order to start your server and connect it to a server browser, you will have to generate an auth token. These tokens are good for up to 5 servers but will have to be regenerated every 3 months.

Here is how you can generate one of these tokens for your own server.

  1. Open Mount & Blade II Bannerlord multiplayer and log in
  2. Open the in-game console by pressing ALT + ~
  3. Type customserver.gettoken into the console and press enter. This will generate a file on your computer
  4. Go to Documents\Mount & Blade II Bannerlord\Tokens
  5. Open DedicatedCustomServerAuthToken.txt and copy all the text in the file.
  6. Go to the AleForge Panel.
  7. Go to Startup and paste the text into the Auth Token variable

Now you will be able to launch and connect to your server.
