Getting started with your Project Zomboid server

Project Zomboid servers allow for lots of customization to make your game play exactly how you want. The AleForge Panel streamlines this process to make it as easy as possible to get your server up and running quickly and easily.

Configuring Your Server

1. Go to the AleForge Panel
2. Start your server once to generate the files we need to edit and then shut it down once it gets to the running state
3. Set up regular backups
4. Configure basic game settings
5. Add yourself as admin
6. Optionally add a password
7. Add any mods you want to play with
8. Optionally change the map
9. Start your server and connect
