How to Add Sub Users (Contacts)

In this article, we’ll cover adding sub-users (known as Contacts) to your billing account. This permits you to add friends, family, and fellow server administrators to your account, allowing them to make payments, submit support tickets, and more.

Adding a Contact

  1. Login to the client site
  2. Open the Contacts page
  3. Input all of the user’s details
  4. Click Save Changes
  5. A welcome email will be sent with a link for the user to set their email address provided
