How to whitelist players on your Valheim server

You may want to add a whitelist to your server to limit access on your Valheim server. To whitelist a player, you will need their SteamID. Here’s how you can whitelist players.

  1. Go to the AleForge Panel
  2. Head to File Manager
  3. Open saves/permittedist.txt
  4. Add the SteamID of each player to the file. When you are done, save the changes and they should take effect quickly. Any players that are not whitelisted will be kicked from the server.
