What is the Difference Between Prepaid And Postpaid?

When you use MoonQube’s services, you will use one of two billing plans: post- paid or pre-paid. By default, when you sign up, your service will be automatically configured for a post-paid billing cycle, which requires a credit card to remain on file to continue using our service. We also only offer our trial credits on our post-paid plans.

Post-Paid Billing

Post-paid customers receive services from MoonQube and are asked to pay the bill at the end of the cycle. They are also required to keep a [billing method](https://support.moonqube.com/article/20-i-added-a-credit-card-on-sign- up-and-saw-a-small-charge-what-happened) on file for recurring usage billing, which is also the type of billing to which the free trial credits are applied.

Pre-Paid Billing

Pre-paid billing requires customers to pay upfront before services are rendered. Customers should [add credits](https://support.moonqube.com/article/67-how-do-i-add-credit-to-my- account) to their accounts to cover all planned usage. All credits added to an account are non-refundable. Customers will be notified before their account runs out of credit so that they can add more credit to prevent services from being suspended.
