How to Check Refund Eligibility
Our Refund Policy can be found alongside our Terms and Conditions.
Refunds will not be processed for End of Billing Period cancellation requests. Your service will remain active until your next due date, and you will not be charged after that.
If you have experienced a technical problem, we ask that you allow our fantastic support team to help you over Ticket, Live Chat, or Discord. If we do not see that the opportunity was given, we may ask that we try to resolve your problem before issuing a refund. We offer a fantastic service and want to prove it, so we include our outstanding support in every service at no extra cost.
Refund requests that fall outside of the Money Back Guarantee may be considered by AleForge on a case-by-case basis and judged at the company’s sole discretion.

Refund requests must be requested via ticket on our billing site.

PayPal Subscriptions
⚠Warning
You have to manually cancel your PayPal Subscription (Recurring Payment) after you request a refund or cancellation; otherwise, PayPal will continue to send us the payment for your server.
