How Does My Invoice Get Paid With Cryptocurrency

Payments made with cryptocurrency are processed differently than ones made with traditional payment providers such as PayPal and credit cards. The primary difference for our customers is that the payments are not instant and take a varying amount of time to be confirmed before they are applied to your invoice and your service is set up.

Payment Process

  1. The order is placed, and the invoice is in an Unpaid status, waiting on the customer’s payment
  2. The customer initiates the payment through our partner
  3. The invoice status is updated and moved to a Payment Pending while the network works to confirm the payment
  4. Once enough confirmations are in the network and the transaction is considered approved, the invoice will be changed to a Paid status, and your service will be deployed

Cryptocurrency payments are ineligible for any refunds due to the volatility of the currencies.
