This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which AleForge may issue refunds for purchased services. By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All services are billed in advance and renew automatically unless canceled by the customer.

II. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:

• Duplicate or accidental payments verified by our billing team
• Service malfunction that AleForge is unable to resolve within a reasonable timeframe
• Confirmed unauthorized transactions reported promptly

III. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

• Partially used subscription periods
• Service dissatisfaction caused by user configuration or third-party factors
• One-time add-ons, upgrades, or custom setup fees

IV. Request Process

Users must contact our support team within 7 days of the billing date to be eligible for a refund. Requests must include:

• Account email address
• Invoice or payment ID
• Detailed description of the issue and reason for the refund request

V. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting AleForge support may result in immediate service suspension and a permanent ban from our platform. We encourage all users to resolve billing disputes directly with our team.
